**Location:**
Our stay at this hotel was the worst experience of our lives. The hotel is not accessible by cab or taxi, requiring guests to be dropped off and navigate through narrow streets with questionable individuals.
**Check-in Process:**
The check-in process was highly problematic. Guests are required to upload extremely personal information and receive a code to access a key box on the day of arrival. If you do not receive the code, there is no assistance available 'no humans available at the desk" as everything is managed through a chatbot.
**The Property:**
The rooms were extremely dirty, and the elevators were unreliable, shaking and rattling while in use. If the elevators break down, assistance is difficult to find in this part of the city.
**The Room:**
The rooms were the dirtiest we have ever encountered. The towels had an unpleasant odor, the sheets were stained, and the room smelled bad. It was evident that the room had not been cleaned properly, and the bathrooms were both dirty and smelly.
We left after less than an hour and booked another hotel. Despite our requests for a refund, the property manager was uncooperative and rude. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel and recommend exploring better options. Additionally, the area around the hotel felt unsafe, and we almost experienced a mugging due to the presence of questionable individuals.
