The staff was very pleasant and hospitable. They always greeted us with a hello and smile. The room we stayed in, while clean for the most part, was in need of some updating. There were some spots on the carpet, and just typical wear and tear of an older hotel. It was very quiet and we had restful nights--not much time was spent in the room. (a microwave would of been nice).

Hotel clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the bathtub. The bottom is narrow and slick. The grab bar is not well located. I consider the tub when used as a shower to be dangerous. It should have a mat on the bottom for better traction.

The customer service was one of the best service's I have ever received! The front desk representatives were extremely accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond! Free breakfast and close to restaurants! The rooms need to be updated immediately! Carpets need to be replaced.
