Extended Stay America Lafayette - Airport

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and kind when I checked in that evening I'm sorry I was so grumpy. I usually stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Lafayette.

All the dishes and pots were removed. No extra toilet tissue in bathroom.

Couldn’t stay due to rooms being destroyed for hurricane. The staff never called to notify. I called and was told I would receive a call back since the room was non-refundable. I missed the call, no voicemail was left and when I called back, no answer! What a waste of money.

It was not in the best of shape. It smelled like a dog kennel, carpets were filthy, and i had to clean the bathroom.

Nastiest and dirtiest place Ive stayed in a very long time. The carpet was damp and smelled moldy, no towels, no toilet paper, and to many others to list. There were people in the halls smoking weed and cigarettes.....definitely dont recommend!!!!!

Nothing it was terrible and they had roaches and mold in the bathroom

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for quite a while. From the outside it looked ok but looks can be deceiving. They were "remodeling" the main hallway near the lobby, carpet and lower walls. The room on the 3rd floor smelled like someone had smoked something in there for a long period of time. There was a $25 pet charge that was not listed until we arrived. This was not worth the $100, maybe $50. Keep moving and find another place.

My stay was great even though the heat was on! I asked for comfort and received it. Nice and quite and very accommodating for my stay. Appreciate everyone I came in contact with.

This hotel was not very clean when i arrived. Did not seem safe either.

This was the absolute worse place i have stayed in my 55 years. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. When we pulled up the parking lot was overflowing with people who were screaming back and forth to the occupants of various rooms. There was a large fight that took place. The whole time the desk attendant was visiting with hr familg members and ignoring her obligations. At 3 am people were still walking up and down the halls banging on doors and yelling. Finally we got up and left. I can honestly say we feared for our lives ! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs
