Front desk lady
The front desk lady was not professional the minute I walked in. She didn't greet me. Even on the day, I checked-out, she still didn't greet me when I arrived to the front desk. She was on her phone and didn't put the phone down. She didn't ask if my stay was good. Not even have a good day. It was like, I was bothering her both days. Because of that, I don't think I want to come back there again.

Had an early flight from Logan. Hotel was nice and close to the airport. Bed and room was comfortable. TV didn't work and the phone mysteriously rang at 3 and 3:30am.

If you’re a Marriott, Hilton person this is not the hotel for you. I only needed the hotel for an overnight layover but about five hours. The toilet has a red stain, the floor has a red stain. I had already been to the front desk to return an inoperable key and to ask for a room closer to the elevator because walking through the maze of hallways after midnight was creepy. Anyway I didn’t feel like going back to the front desk thereafter to report the nasty bathroom I just didn’t use it. I picked this hotel because the shuttle could accommodate my late arrival and super early departure. Well, this morning the shuttle driver called out retorting to the front desk agent calling a group of us an uber. Rate it what you wish. That’s my experience.
