Smoky and lack of attention to detail
The check-in went well, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, a lack of attention to detail gave an overall negative experience. The ottoman by the chair in our room was extremely stained and dirty. The treadmill in the exercise room had a broken control. Our room was situated near the restaurant/lounge, where smoking is allowed. The smell of smoke was overpowering in the hallway and we even smelled smoke strongly inside our room by the door and bathroom.

To whom this may concern First off I had a problem checking in .While checking in once again I requested an accessible room even with my wheelchair in plain view the receptionist sent me to a non accessible room .After changing rooms it still was to small for my wheel chair to enter.But I manage because I did not want to bring no disappointment to my organization conference weekend stay.

I called a week before check in to confirm that the outside pool was available and they confirmed it was still operational. Upon arrival with high temperatures I found the pool closed!! The breakfast was tasteless and unappetizing. The margaritas at the bar were made up with primarily mix and we were charged $8 per drink. The wifi only worked in the lobby by they insisted that it worked in the rooms. the staff seemed to try to help travelers but there was lots of unhappy people. We would not stay here again!!!
