Clean. Breakfast was okay....biscuits were overdone and hard. No sausage gravy on the second day. Great for animals

We are not happy at all with the visit. The room we were in the door didn’t shut or open very easy, you had to pull really hard/ push really hard to close/open it. The “free Wi-Fi” didn’t work in the room on 4 different devices. When I called the front desk the woman said it worked on her device and the system she said she restarted the modem still never worked for us. Ice maker was broke room was messy and smelled like human urine. When we were in the middle of watching a show on TV it popped up the channel wasn’t available. Water spots on ceiling. Shower sprayed out of tub with curtain closed....... we paid for the room to have a good nice vacation but we were disappointed in everything. We wanted waffles for breakfast but of course they were out of waffle mix and wouldn’t be getting any until the first of the week. Wish we could get our money back or two free nights out of this disaster!

The indoor lock high up on the wall was so rickety that it flipped over from the vibration of simply opening the door and blocked us getting in the room. The front desk clerk said that had happened before, but apparently had not been addressed. We were nervous to leave our room in case we got locked out again!

I’d stayed here before and the clerk was nice enough to change my reservation to a King without charge. This stay however I was told there would be an upcharge to change to a king, and the owner/clerk ignored my repeated questions about what the upcharge would be. Then he seemingly made up a charge off the top of his head. It may have been nothing but I felt like I was being gouged a bit. Then the train, the train, the train. Several times an hour a train would shake the building and blow its horn as it passed. You may acclimate, I did not. The room was clean. The hotel is showing some age.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities and a breakfast with selections. Great deal for the price. Will stay again.

We woke up. There was bed bug we gave to manager but had grandson with me, took shower and another one mgr.got too

Trains trains and more trains going by all through the night.

The outdoor appearance definitely left a lot to be desired. There was trash and empty beer bottles on the ground near our room, as well as other things that made the property look dingy. There are train tracks very close by and they are used many times throughout the night. Definitely don't recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The front desk attendant is the one who tends to the breakfast area too and she had a hard time keeping up because she read on a phone call instead of paying attention. The room itself was good, but with all the other factors we probably wouldn't start here again.

This place isn’t completely terrible, but it’s not without it’s problems. I’ve noticed that the WiFi isn’t very good, but that’s the lesser problem. The greater problem is that it’s by a train track and yes the train can wake you up at 3 or 4 in the morning.
