We had a wonderful vacation stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls. The customer service was great from check in to check out. Ashley at the hotel was absolutely phenomenal! The hotel is centrally located to everything you need and want at Niagra Falls with everything in close walking distance. I would definitely book there again.

Good: The receptionist was nice and we were able to get early check-in but were charged $40 + taxes for it. The location was very convenient and walking distance to many restaurants and Niagara falls. Bad: The room was really dated. The AC/HVAC unit made so much sound whenever its compressor would run. I don’t know why we were given the room farthest possible from the elevators that it took a good long walk to reach the elevators. The shower only has some pressure on one setting that has half the holes blocked.
