Had to change rooms three times as the bed frames were loose and creaking badly. Finally was given a room that was ok, still very dated and in need of som TLC. Chair was broken, table had splinted edges. Went to have a show and there was no shower gel. I used some of my Tescos vouchers to pay for part of the bill, but this wouldn’t go through and despite contacting hotels.com they just sent me an email on what I should do, which was of no help at all as I had already done this. Why they could not just put the code through for me I do not know. So had to pay full price and have a voucher that has to be used by September which I probably now loose. Also had to pay for parking at the hotel which to me if you are staying at the hotel should be part of your stay. Overall not a great experience.
