Pet Owners beware!! When I registered with Little America Hotel on 10/26 and then again on 10/29 I notified them I had a dog and wanted a ground floor. On the 26th checkin they charged us $35 for dog. However, on the 29th checkin they charged us $50. I was not notified about this higher fee or about the fact they were giving us a non-pet room. The room we stayed in was about 6 rooms away from the pet room we had on 10/26. The reason for difference they explained was that they did not have a pet room available. EXCUSE ME....why did I make a reservation where I specified a Pet Room. Clerk said because I made a reservation with Hotels.com, they did not reserve a pet room for me!! and I should have checked in earlier. Check In was 4:00pm, we checked in at 4:30 pm Eventually she did change pet fee to $35, however, warned me that I can not use Hotel 6 in order to reserve pet room even when I had it in the notes to the Hotel and next time I will be charged $50. I guess you are a second class citizen if you use Hotels.com. I don't think I'll choose Little American Hotel again because of this clerk's attitude.
