This was my worst experience ever: We arrived around 9pm. A guy met us and showed the room. We then noticed that there are toiletries and towel for one person only. We called the only number which was available as there were no staff any longer. We waited on the line for about 20 mins and told the guy (John) that we need another towel as there are two of us. Firstly he said that no one can bring me the towels now and will bring in the morning. I tried to explain that we both need to take shower today after a long trip, after being in the airport etc, but it took John about 30 mins to understand that. I said we will be back in the room in an hour so they had time to arrange towels. When we returned to the room there were no towels. We also had to buy extra toiletries. The only towel we had in the room was not washed and full of long dark hair. There were no towels in the morning and no one at the reception. We called again at 10am next day and asked again for towels as we said we are going away for the whole day and will be back late. But guess what?! We came back to the room by 10pm and no single towel is in the room. I was so mad that for 2 days no one could give us towels! I called again, and again waited on the line and again I heard that they can only bring me a towel in the morning!!!! How is it possible? And no surprise - no towel in the morning. I had to spend another hour to call again. By the end of 3rd day they brought towel for 1 person again! How is it possible

Room and facilities werent bad for the price.The ability to contact the property wasnt great, there was no reception and so you had to call a helpline which seemed to be closed a lot of the time as you would be on hold for 20 minutes or so. The person on site was helpful though. Lots of the elements advertised were misleading.. it said you got a hairdryer but i couldnt find it all week and it said you got an appartment to yourself when actually you got an ensuite room and shared facilities. i didnt really mind but for the low price but it isnt what was advertised

Can do with repairs
The room heating was broken. The window lock was also broken, which made it worse, as it led the cold wind and noise into the room. It was noisy and cold. There was no reception area and no one answered on the number provided. Apart from that the room was clean.

Its was good but need to think about cleaning in flat and shared kitchen. Parking on street is terrible and have to pay alot parking charges. All over was good but didn't met my expectations

Decent experience
Overall experience was good. Property was clean tidy and comfortable. The only complaint being the window wouldnt close which let the city noise in during the evening which resulted in it being difficult to get to sleep.

Okay stay but poor commmunication
Stay is exactly what we expected! Used to live in a student accommodation and this is a standard one. The room and common area are clean enough and hotel is in a convenient location. Communication was not seamless. It would be helpful to know in advance that the booking is managed by a third party. Plus, our enquiries were not answered.

Very good
Had to wait a while at checking in as no one there, lucky enough someone came and got it sorted!though i was early in arriving, could be a lot better!in room clean, all i needed, kitchen areas alsa, spotless!no microwave unfortunately, again just that little thing!could have made big difference to stay, because of hearing impairment would have been very difficult if i would have to use phone?and noise might put hearing people off!quite noisy!overall i liked it,and price wise, brilliant!would stay again, no problem!just need to make little adjustments!communication etc and be perfecto!!@
