Amazing but just too crowded, it’s not that exclusive anymore.

We loved most everything! Amazin service, staff was pleasant, property was remarkable. We are comin back next year.

I like the service and attention that Scarling and Michelle provided, any questions or concerns they were very helpful. We were a little disappointed with the service at the nest restaurant it took over an hour to get our breakfast. The buffet was very good service. The Adelita restaurant, excellent service and delicious food. The staff was great. Room service was good as well. Over all my family and I had a great stay at the resort. We would defiantly come back and tell our friends about the resort. Thank you Respectfully Lori

This is a great place for families. We were a couple with no kids, but still fun. The staff partty y patty, yessica and the servers in the courtyard were superb. The night shows were a great addition too.

We arrived. Is was a flea in the room. Towels all in a very bad condition It is not a good condition hotel. Do not care for COVID. Nothing at all

A lot more walking than I expected to get to rooms and restaurants and the humidity made that part worse. Couldn’t get reservations for dinner same day at 10am because they were already booked which was really disappointing. Ordered room service for 3 and it was cold. Hospitality of workers was awesome, especially the men helping with luggage, they made great recommendations since we had to venture outside of hotel for dinner.

We found a cockroach in the room, food is flavorless, beach has Rocks everywhere, 2 people got hurt In the beach do the rocks, a few members of the staff were very nice everybody else just completely ignore you, everybody is trying to sell you something it’s completely annoying.

The staff were great. Special shoutout to Eder that runs the water sports. He made sure my wife had a memorable experience by helping her catch some nice waves. He saw that she was struggling and he paddled out and took her to the right spot to get on the wave. Super cool. Also, David at the Mexican restaurant was a great server that made sure we were very happy with our meal. Other than that we weren’t really impressed with the overall food and drink experience. The Sports Bar is really bad....terrible food, you must avoid eating there. The buffet was pretty good and the 2 restaurants for dinner that we went to were good. We did the Italian and mexican restaurants for dinner. I was told to avoid the Asian one by a few guest. Overall if you are a surfer you can’t beat the location....Punta Burros is a really fun wave. That is pretty much the only reason we stayed...were not really into the all inclusive vibe. The drinks seems weak and the soda used for mixers out of the gun seemed flat. Also, very limited beer option. The bars only had dos XX. You can get coors light in your room and one other beer I’ve never heard of. Bottles of water are not available at the bars....you have to go to the front desk.

The rooms need more maintenance. Especially the restrooms. The handles in the bathtub are loose. Anyone can fall and have serious injuries.
