I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and was always satisfied with my stay. However, the hotel disappointed me this time with their "room service", and here is why... When you think of room service, what picture pops in your head? Neatly presented food, silverware, cups, napkins, and the roll-away table that will provide space to have all the items. Of course, you will pay a premium on the food and the automatic room service charge, which is fine, considering all the mentioned... But that's not what you will get at this hotel, but let me clarify, you will still pay the premium price on items, and the room service charge, but be prepared to have your food handed to you in a brown paper bag, with all the items placed in plastic containers.... You be the judge, I paid $65 for two bagels with cream cheese, a couple of coffee cups, and a couple of croissants, that all came inside plastic containers packed inside a brown bag that was handed off to me at the door like it's an Uber delivery. Not only is this a scam, but when I called to complain about this, I was told "the manager will call you back".. what a way to make the customer feel, making me wait around for a manager to call back. And please don't use COVID as an excuse, that's just an excuse to be cheap and rip your guests off. The restaurants on the property do not serve food in plastic containers and brown paper bags. Shame on you Gaylord palms management team.. shame on you. Will never return again

Everyone was courteous. The hotel was clean and covid precautions were taken.

Rooms are aging, water was warm in shower and shower needed totally regrouting. I have stayed at 3 Gaylord properties including this one years ago, and I was not happy with room condition. Hotel was ghost town with lack of services available. Had to leave each night to dine. I understand the impact of covid - maybe this one should stay closed and renovated until we are back to normal.

Pleasant New Years Eve stay. Not a lot of extra activity because of C-19, which was expected. Overall, pleasant stay. Gardens and decorations were beautiful.

We had a great time here with our family enjoying your Christmas festivities.

Highly recommend staying here . Beautiful hotel nice for a family with many on property activities. Decorated so lovely for Christmas with a fun light show. The only negative thing that I could say is that the grounds inside and out were poorly lit. I loved the Moor restraurant.
