All Comes down to your Customer Service
Was on the way to my Mothers funeral. Check in was business like. Stuck me in rear of the hotel on the 2nd floor. Explained house keeping hadn't caught w/ the weekend past yet. Hotel was empty. Asked to upgrade my room (at my cost) My wife works at a desk in Hotels. Strives to be accommodating. Representative at your property was cold and dismissive. Left a wake up call for 4 AM to catch a near by train in Depew. Shuttle left without me. Received a nasty phone call in my room at 3:58 asking where I was ? Explained I would be at the desk in 5 minutes (which I was). Lucky for me the night manager authorized the desk dude to drive me the train station in his personal vehicle. (had to he didn't know how to drive the spare shuttle.) In short ? Mixed feelings. Guess it all comes down to service and quality employees who go the extra mile.
