This is a great apartment for up to 2 guests in a nice suburb within easy reach of Shinjuku. The apartment is an easy 5 minute walk from the station and there are many shops and a beautiful Temple close by. It is also close to a river (great for jogging).
It is close to a train line so there is the noise of trains going by. Most guests (99%) aren’t bothered by it but worth mentioning.
The housekeeper lives in the building and she can speak English. Her contact number is listed in the brochure for reserved guests in case of emergency. Check in is self-service
It’s a great neighbourhood with all the conveniences nearby. Coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, convenience stores, temples are all close by.
It’s just a five mins walk to Takahatafudo Station which runs regular express trains to Shinjuku (28mins).
