Next to the underground,very good. Could also walk to museum island and Berliner Dome. And to Alexander Platz.

We thought the hotel was closer to sightseeing, but it is not. You must walk quite aways to get to transportation to go to city center. There are a few restaurants near, and an Edeka grocery! The Verona restaurant around the corner on the canal was good. There was a nice outdoor patio area. You can get lost in the hotel corridors LOL. Room was small but adequate. Two twins made a double. Clean. The restaurant in the hotel had permanently closed, so they gave you a discount coupon to sister hotel down the street. Excellent service there, great waiter. The food was ok. Asparagus soup too salty to eat. Steak good. The reception at front desk, well, one lady obviously did not like Americans. Others were nice. Be prepared to walk a lot if you stay here. There is quite a bit of construction going on the street.

We had a family suite which was lovely. The rooms were very clean as was the reception, bar and restaurant. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. The location is very good with transport links within a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend.

The room es everything ok but be have much cold.
