I want to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. From check-in, the staff seemed disengaged, which set a negative tone for my visit. The room was uncomfortably small, and the curtains barely fit the windows, letting in too much light.
The food service was a complete letdown. I had to remind the staff about my order, only to find they had forgotten it. When my fish burger finally arrived, it was shockingly small—almost as if it didn't belong to the bun. A single tiny piece of tomato and a minuscule cucumber slice did nothing to enhance the meal.
At the bar, I was told they were out of Coke Zero, despite being assured earlier that they had some. When I asked for help, the waitress rolled her eyes and made me feel like a nuisance for requesting a drink from a nearby bar. To make matters worse, our other drink orders were forgotten and incorrect when they finally arrived.
This experience has left me frustrated and disheartened. I will not be returning to your hotel, nor will I recommend it to others. It’s clear that significant changes are needed to improve staff attitude and service quality. I hope you take this feedback seriously.
