The farmhouse has an area of about 200 square meters, distributed on two levels connected internally and, thanks to its hilly position on a sloping surface, direct access to the outside is also possible from the upper floor, directly from one of the bedrooms. On the ground floor is the living area, which develops from the main entrance which leads onto a bright open space where the living room, dining area and open kitchen and direct access to the outside dining area are all connected to each other. A TV room, a games room with table football and a service bathroom (with laundry) complete this floor. A staircase adjacent to the living room leads to the first floor for the sleeping area, which houses 3 double bedrooms (one with an extra bed) and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds).
An inviting and welcoming garden with many colorful blooms extends into the large land that surrounds the house, inserted in a farm, mostly occupied by olive tree cultivation along the perimeter and in the valley near the swimming pool area. young collection of fruit trees and shrubs typical of the Mediterranean vegetation that dot the expanses of lawn all around. The pool, with dimensions 6x12m, is bordered in stone, is covered in travertine and has a depth ranging from 1.10m up to 1.50m at the highest point. It is equipped with steps for access to the water, placed in a corner of the pool, and is also equipped with internal lighting, also present throughout the surrounding area.
