- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in case of cancellation of the stay = In addition to reasons or events that can objectively be documented and could not be foreseen at the time of booking, you can request a rental cancellation when you have to cancel following a positive result from Covid-19 verified by reports, affecting: the Insured Party directly and/or your family members; your Travel Companion directly.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.
Villa Tellaro is a superb, contemporary style villa with a gorgeous pool and stunning views of the Vendicari nature reserve by the sea. The location is idyllic for enjoying rural Sicily with the bonus of sandy beaches and Noto, one of Sicily’s most beautiful towns, within easy reach. A private driveway leads up to the villa from a country road, so the setting feels very secluded. A striking, single-storey structure in an elevated position, it commands magnificent views over the surrounding landscape. From the villa you see fields dotted with olive trees, almonds, carob and lemon groves with the blue sea visible in the distance. It is a marvellous sight. Step inside to a light-filled central living room with large windows and sofas, the place to unwind in comfort. Walkthrough an archway to a spacious, modern kitchen and dining area where you can cook up a storm in style and gather for delicious Sicilian food and drinks. This central living area feels wonderfully spacious with its high ceilings, tall windows and uncluttered, contemporary style. Here you will also find a laundry room and a guest toilet.

Interior:
There are four well-furnished bedrooms at the villa, each with its own en suite bathroom, so it is perfect for up to four couples, friends or families. Two bedrooms are next to each other on one side of the living area and kitchen and two are on the other side. Each bedroom has a private exit leading outdoors.
Park:
The large outdoor space surrounds the villa. At the front of the house is the terrace for outdoor lounging. The elegant pool-deck, furnished with sun-beds, is partially covered for some extra shade - the perfect place to take in the magnificent views over the countryside and out to sea. At the back of the house is the large table for outdoor meals complete with a barbecue. The rest of the grounds are mainly dotted with olive trees.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The elegant swimming pool is 10 x 4 m. and 1,40 m deep.
