Hotel Eden

Hotel is nice and simple very close to the main railway station but the area is a bit run down. Staff was friendly and the property was clean.

It was right in the center and convenient for my business. Security was good as people are not allowed to come up to your room. staff were friendly. Breakfast was poor though.

the hotel location was ideal, opposite the Napoli Centrale train station. the hotel was ok but the beds we're hard but ok. the breakfast was adequate but had to ask for things such as croissants rolls etc than readily available.

Only the good part of the property is location- close to train station, other than that everything is false and misled to visitors. Pictures of the room are not even close to actual. We booked the hotel for three nights and walked away only after a day and paying the full price for 3 nights, so you can imagine. At the time of check in, we asked if AIr Conditioner is working, front desk personnel (Manager) said it’s working. He charged full amount and took 3 days of City Tax. Once we entered the room, it was hot 32C and AC.is not working. Complained to front desk, he mentioned, it will take 5 minutes, after 15 minutes, we asked again, he said AC is broken and will take an hour. He gave us a fan. In the evening, morning person was gone and other person said he doesn’t know anything, we asked another fan. He said one room one fan policy, and about AC, technician is working and will be fixed in an hour, if not, ask the person in the morning. We again asked the morning manager, he said we are still trying to contact the AC company, but no final answer. These peoples were continually lying. We asked to refund money for next 2 days and will check out right away. Manager said, once it’s billed, it cannot be reversed. Also, asked Expedia to do something about it, nothing happened. Finally, we checked out after a day and went in Best Western. To my fellow travellers, never ever book this hotel, you will be disappointed.

If you have to stay close to the train station, I would recommend here. It was affordable, safe, and clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. However, the noise from the street goes all night. It is difficult sleep. Also, there are rows of homeless people living on the street surrounded by garbage right in front of the hotel, and on the walk from the train station. If you don’t need to stay in this area, avoid it if you can! The elevator was out of order at one point, and breakfast started 15 minutes late one morning, which means we didn’t really get any. But, it is only a 3 star hotel, and in every other way it exceeded expectations.

Rooms were ok, bathroom needed better cleaning and some bed linens were worn. Hotel is on a noisy street. Property is well kept compared to others in the area. Staff were accommodating.

Really needs remodeling with a plan for restoration. The paint color was very sickly yellow orange. The place just has no appeal. The breakfast is a joke.. No eggs.. Nothing really natural... Hardly acceptable to any European hotel that I have used.

Warmth of the front desk staff. They were pleasant and engaging at all times.

ナポリ中央駅から右手にまっすぐ伸びる道沿いのホテル。大通りに面しているので、ホテルまでの道は、あまり危なくはない。道の向こう側には、カフェやスーパーマーケットもあり、人通りの少ない横道に入っていかなくても、用は足りる。 照明が暗く、古びた感じだけど、バルコニーもついていて部屋は広い。バスタブもあった。 冷蔵庫はあるけど、ミネラルウォーターなどは自分で準備が必要。頼めば湯沸しポットを貸してくれた。 朝食は屋上のテラスで7時から始まり、クロワッサン（クリームかチョコから選択）とコーヒー（アメリカンかかカプチーノを選択）以外はシリアル、小さいフランスパン、ジュース、チーズ、ハムなどが食べ放題。
