Eduardo front desk was rude and unhelpful. The vibe of this hotel is unwelcoming. Weekend staff were better but not great. No one went out of their way to get to know us or make suggestions. I came back to H10 because of our amazing experience at H10 cubik. I didn’t realize all the H10 are franchised owners. I expected the same level of service but I was mistaken. We had booked 2 rooms x 4 nights at this hotel through hotels.com. We needed an extra night and inquired about booking through them instead of bookings.com. We asked if they would match the rate which they said they couldn’t but they would include breakfast. We agreed. The next day, we went to pay and Eduardo gives us the bill and bill was twice the amount quoted. We were shocked. We tell him this was double the price that was quoted the night before. He insists we misunderstood. H10s own website was less than what he was charging. We said we would book online through hotels.com. He just shrugs his shoulder. At this point, I was so disgusted and regret ever coming to H10 Casanova. Our next visit will not include this hotel. Although the service was terrible, I have to give credit to cleaning staff. The rooms were immaculate.
