It started poorly when we arrived at about 9:45 pm after a horrible rental car experience and your staff made me feel like an inconvenience. Rude and inconsiderate. The floor in the room was dirty and there were ants in the kitchen. For what you pay you expect at least clean floors and no bugs. The location was great for getting around to shopping and restaurants. The parking is pitiful at your resort and definitely needs to be addressed. I don't know if would ever return because of the issues I have shared.

The property is beautiful. Great location. Walking distance to many things. Well maintained. Keep in mind that each studio is privately owned so not all rooms are equal. The rooms are decent for two people but really tight for more than that and with suitcases. Our two rooms did not have full bedding for the pull out bed and the owners did not respond to our calls. There is a small fridge and kitchen sink with very basic necessities. The two rooms needed a lot of updating - it’s an old hotel converted to private studios. No elevators so lugging suitcases up three flights was a bit of a work out. Great views though. Parking was our other issue. We had two large SUVs and the parking spaces were just wide enough to get the vehicle in but difficult to physically get in and out of the vehicle. We also frequently had to park down the road because there were no spaces on the property. It wasn’t far but it was a little frustrating. Overall the property was great! The rooms were ok.

The check in lady was rude and bossy. Seriously needs some Inter personal skills. Other than that the stay was comfortable. Nothing overly luxurious, probably wouldn’t want to stay more than a night or two.

The location and the views are prefect, the gardens and grounds and clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly. This is, and has been for many years, my go to place. Love it. First time in this unit and "kitchen" is about a closet size yet it works.

Small space, but a great location. Overall very pleased. No swimming beach nearby, so you need a car for that. Parking is difficult. Hard to find a spot.
