excellent location, let down by the reception staf
The lovation just could not have been better, right next to the rail station and Apollo theatre. First wow impression whilst walking into the hotel foyer was quickly apoiled by the lack of manners, bad attitude and proffessionalism of the reception staff, we at leadt had a displeasure to be served by. other than that everythignse was fine.

A very good hotel and worth having breakfast.
We had an amazing couple of days in London. The hotel is conveniently located nr Victoria Station and also a two min walk to apollo theatre where we saw wicked. The hotel was quiet even though it's located so well. So we slept very well with no noise from the streets below. The breakfast was the best we have had as a buffet style. It literally felt like we was abroad on holiday. The food was world class. The room, having a king bed was lovely. Plenty of space and if I moved, it doesn't wake my partner up. The shower was great. Great pressure and warmth. (which is something we didn't get at a different hotel) - makes all the difference. The room was clean and the air con/ heating easy to use.

Birthday Trip for Couple
I browsed a lot of places online as to where to stay for our first trip to London and i'm so glad i settled on here! First off the area itself felt very safe and has fantastic transport links. The hotel is modern, clean and came with all the amenities we required. Finally the breakfast was brilliant, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and would most definitely stay again if returning to London.

Fantastic friendly and attentive staff!
The staff is incredibly friendly and so very accommodating. I rated everything outstanding with a small dig for comfort which was about the bed and pillows. Bed was a little too hard for me and pillows flat like pancakes. But the room was clean and space ample. Next time I might pack a pillow but with their great location and excellent staff - I would stay there again.

Check your pillows
The hotel was close to London Victoria which was great for us and looks very nice inside and out. We were only supplied 2 x pillow which I would describe of poor quality (flat) which resulted in a bad nights sleep. On reflection, I should have raised this with staff but as it was a busy day/night I perservered!
