Parking is chargeable and not free for hotel guests. Parking is subject to prevailing parking rate, max of RM5 per entry.
Mattress and pillow too soft and not firm. Temperature for the shower inconsistent, will change from hot to cold midway through shower.
Booked for 3 adults but only given 2 sets of room slipper, towel etc. Need to call the housekeeping to provide additional amenities.
Overall service for front desk is ok but as gold member of hotel.com, the member can get a free room upgrade, if available for "VIP property". Asked the hotel front desk on the room upgrade but was told that it was fully booked. I have checked the room availability on Amari website but all room types are available. Besides, we are also not given the RM50 credit for gold member and need to remind them during check-in. During the check-out, they are not aware of the RM50 credit and requested me to pay for it. I have to remind them again on my RM50 F&B credit to offset against my spending.
