Fabulous vacation location.
Very comfortable and safe. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and bilingual. They accepted US dollars & pesos on the premises. Restaurant had great meal selections. The pool area felt secure & safe especially for families. Beach access was immediate and very comfort. The rooms were basically condominiums so it had all amenities. Highly recommend and plan to return.

Lovely place and amazing beachfront resort. I give it a 95/100. If it wasnt for the fact they want to overcharge you for anything, it would have been perfect. Example: if you got pool/beach towels from the pool area, they scan your bracelet and if for some reason you lose it, get it stolen, etc etc. Theybwill charge your room for it $15. You cant return the beach towels at the lobby reception on your check out date, you have to go all the way in to the pool area again to drop off towels and jave them scan the bracelet to drop the charges.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, has all the necessities. Is like a home away from home. I’ve stayed here before at Las Palomas and never disappoints. Can’t wait to come again next year.

HORRIBLE!! Check in was at 4pm. We didn’t get into our room until 545. They were insanely understaffed. 30 minutes to get a drink at the bar at Citron. 25 minutes to get a drink at the pool bar. Elevators kept breaking. Told them we needed daily Housekeeping. I had to call every day for them to send someone. Will never go there again. There is more but it would violate the terms of the review so I can’t post it.

Great stay. Room was clean, the view was great and the hot tub was nice. Granted the weather was cold but when the sun managed to peek out for a few hours it was perfect. Also they were doing a good job at maintaining masks where needed and appropriate while not ruining the experience.

Rooms were excellent and spacious!! Security was excellent, especially enforcing masks at all times. The Citron restaurant had wonderful food. Only thing wish all the pools were heated especially the lazy river!!
