The front of the house staff and bell (man, his name is slipping my mind) were super helpful and extremely nice. They said they would hold our things if our room wasn't ready, which it was. We had to change room 3 times. Odor in the room is uintolerable and everything was dirty in all 3 rooms. We felt like we are trapped. Hotel won’t give us refund because I booked with you and you couldn’t do anything to make our stay better. We were visiting for medical reasons, we had 6 doctors appointments and everything was exhausting. We couldn’t rest at all overnight.

We had a room at the end and had a great view of the water. The parking guy and the gentleman in the breakfast room were so helpful, friendly and kind. This hotel had the BEST breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. Would stay there again just for the breakfast!!
