Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai

No complaints, everything was great.

The hotel staff wasn't the most helpful, they didn't tell us where things were or the hours that the pools were open. We got all that information from the wonderful security staff. The pools are only open until 7, not great considering it claims to be family centered. The free parking is hit or miss, but worth the savings. FYI: We were only offered for the room to get cleaned once during the 5 day stay, otherwise it would have been an extra $12.

Amazing experience! Shawn was great at keeping us informed and feeling relaxed even before arrival. As nervous as I was about our trip during COVID Shawn really made me feel a ton better when he reached out a week prior to our trip. I asked if the resort would help me by leaving a card in the room to surprise my daughter since we were celebrating her birthday while on Oahu. When we open the door to our suite, we were instantly met with a birthday banner hanging from ceiling and even more surprises- birthday headband, a box of Moana Loa Macadamia Nut Chocolates, a personalized card signed by staff, and orchid flowers everywhere! She truly felt like a princess and that made my heart so happy! Kent checked me in and I really felt the Hawaiian Aloha from the first moment- welcoming feeling to start our visit off! The suite had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals for the week. The room was spacious and decorated tastefully. The bed and sofa were so comfortable! We had a lanai to enjoy city views at night. And from the sundeck we watched the sunset! Our plans changed last minute and we needed to check out a little later. Ryne quickly made note to accommodate our need without second thought. As we were packed and walking out, Shawn called and asked if I could stop by the office. He gifted us 4 stunning leis before our departure! I definitely recommend the Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai and hope to return soon!

It was perfect for our needs. Location was ideal. It was a comfortable unit with a city view.

Overall our stay was good. I would say the price we payed was about right for what we got. The apartment looks good, it was clean and we loved the blackout curtains. There are 2 things I would say need improvement: the doors are really really old (bathroom door was the worst) and there is a smell in the bathroom (if you leave the toilet seat down it’s a bit better). Great and friendly staff and with the whole COVID situation we really enjoyed the pool reservation and felt safe with the 5 people in the pool rule.

We had a lovely stay at this historic property still in great condition. Due to the pandemic, our contact with staff was limited but check-in went just fine.

We were very satisfied with our room and the service we received. Would highly recommend!

Room 1014 what a fabulous view, modern deco and full kitchen. Check in staff were amazing. We loved the convenience of laundry of the same floor. Due to Covid restrictions you had to book a time slot to swim in the pool. (Which we loved as o my 5 people in the huge pool at any time) The pool and restrooms were so clean and lots of staff visibly cleaning elevators and exterior.

The location is amazing! Unbeatable, right by the beach. Due to covid they didn't provide room keeping, only change of towels. The property can use some TLC. Expensive,
