Residence Inn Marriott Airport

I understand there were precautions because Covid-19 however it was a very disappointing stay. The hotel did not provide any type of breakfast & did not offer a discount or voucher. We could of stayed at another hotel that did offer food for the same price. I even called before we booked to confirm the breakfast & was told a grab and go breakfast would be served. The elevator stayed broke almost the entire time during our stay. We had to carry our stuff up 3 flights of stairs numerous times. They ran short on pillows & blankets. Customer service was friendly & helpful. The hotel also left the pool closed even after the state reopened. Very disappointed with this hotel. Hotel was clean.

In light of Covid. This would have been the time to really show cleanliness. The walls were disgusting. Hair was all over the bathroom. The drawers were definitely not cleaned.

Everything was great! Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, bacon, and sausage. Also oatmeal, cereal, waffles...and a bevy of cold drinks. Greek yogurt with fresh fruits...hot coffee and chocolate...chocolate chip cookies by checkin counter that are baked and really good. They also serve drinks and eaties at socials in the evenings. Breakfast is from 6-9...One issue I had when checking out, I went down the stairs to the dumpster to throw my trash and keycard wouldn't let me back in, so i had to walk all the way around to the front. I told the lady at the desk and she reactivated my card, but apparently only for my room. So when I went out to throw the last of my trash keycard did the same thing. That was very aggravating...I mean seriously...I told her I was throwing out my trash why would you just reactivate it for my room door! So again had to go walk all the way around to the front and the other lady did it for my room and the rest of the doors...She apologized after when I went to check out...but I'm not sure it was sincere...it just felt it little bit like she profiled me...with so much racial issues and tension between white people profiling black people right now...her apology fell a little flat...so not sure I'll use them again...I don't want to go through that when I'm paying that much money...I'd like to have a pleasant experience not worry if I'm being discriminated against...otherwise the place and other people were great!

I booked this hotel online asking for pet friendly hotels. This one came up. We have stayed in dozens of Residence Inn's with never having a pet fee. They charged us $100 for a pet fee. No mention of a pet fee when i booked. So disappointed that a chain of hotels we favored did that to us. Can not imagine staying with them again which is unfortunate as it was our first pick.

Cassandra treated us very well. She treated us like guests in her own home. She is a sweet and caring person! We truly enjoyed staying here and will make it a point to stay here whenever we are passing through this area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dion was an exceptionally entertaining shuttle driver. The personnel at the reception desk were very helpful and the embodiment of southern hospitality.

Very comfortable hotel. Clean and lots of space. Staff goes out of their way to make it great

I really enjoyed the functional kitchen and apartment size frig. It gave the room a very homy feeling.
