Did a one stop night on our way out from Salem and flying out of Boston Logan. Room was clean, AC worked, room was clean, and had no problems with anything during our very short stay. Good value for a weekend room

This is a somewhat dated and tired hotel, but the staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, it was conveniently located and reasonably priced. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was surprisingly good, although noisy (crowded and live musicl). Overall, a good stay in a suburban location.

We had to switch rooms because the bathroom was not clean. There was someone else's hair all over the tub including on the ceiling. But outside of that the room looked pretty clean. There was people there in their rooms that you could hear yelling at each other. Over all experiance was not bad.

As for the room, everything was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly; my family and I were very comfortable, and the staff were truly excellent.

Outdated rooms with stained mattresses and carpet. Broken vanity in bathroom and no additional furniture besides bed and desk chair. Room lock constantly required key cards to be reset.

there were stains all over our ceiling and floor, all of the rooms were taped off and just random things everywhere there was even a whole cigarette just laying on the ground, the TV only worked on like 3 channels

I have traveled the world stayed at many hotels in my lifetime. I’ve stayed in good hotels and bad hotels.. This hotel was hands-down five times worse than the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.. if I don’t get sick from all the dog feces and dog urine on the floor in our room I’d be very surprised. not only were the tables gross with lots of crumbs and sticky stuff maybe from candy or old drinks that were never wiped down. The bed had no blanket and there was dog feces on the bed sheets. Overall, it was absolutely horrible. Stay away from this place. I don’t care if it’s a dollar.

No hot water to shower. When I said something, the lady said she would let “them” know. Bathroom was not clean. The halls had a musty smell. Not satisfied. The bar and grill next door was great. The staff were not very friendly. I could barely hear the lady who checked us in. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. No one spoke to us when coming in and out. They were more interested in their phones.
