It is good condition hotel to stay shortly.becouse they have self car park space I choose this hotel.but it is not free at all.

H. Devillas-good Paris 3-star in 5th arrondisement
Quiet, even elevator in hall. Nice city view. Good bathroom and room layout. Sliding shower door. A/C fine. Lighting, bed, closet good. Convenient to Metro (#10, and RER-C), Austerlitz RR station. Monoprix grocery, restaurants, bakeries are nearby. Reception personnel pleasant, helpful. Lobby could use some decoration, more furniture.

Great location, comfy bed hotel,hotel needs TLC.
Staff friendly, area close to all forms of transport which was great!Clean room. Fresh towels everyday (even if they were a bit rough)lovely window view with balcony.cons our shower had no door which meant water was all over the floor!!! Extremely dangers! The bed side lamps didn’t work, no real clothes storage! We only stayed three days so the space issue didn’t brother us to much. Overall the hotel could do with some TLC but if these issues mentioned above were fixed I would return!

Very modern and clean , room furniture a bit out dated , tea and coffee supplies could have been more , plastic cups not replaced in bathroom , no shelving or racks in shower , noise from train line , bar / lounge area ? . Overall great service , a little out of the way if you wanted to walk to the main sights . Local food and restaurants very good food and atmosphere . Great time ......
