Staff was very rude. I was waiting on line to get check in and the staff was checking in their friends first even though I was next in line. Then when I got to check in, this woman came right to the desk and the person taking care of my check in went to help her leaving me waiting some more. Bad training

The hotel is old and outdated. The couch in our suite was broken, the shower was broken. In 5 days the room was never cleaned, only towels added. Sauna is very small, no free salt room. Only dry and steam. The personal was friendly, the location is close to the lake, walking distance to everywhere. You don’t need a car. But we like better the Europa hotel where we stayed before for twice as less money than this time. It’s not worth it.

Negativ zu bewerten sind die Aufzüge.Ein ewiges warten. Leider wurde vom Personal nichts unternommen wenn Gäste im Bademantel im Restaurant und an der Bar mit nassen Sachen auf den Stühlen saßen. Pech für denjenigen der auf dem Platz zu Abend essen wollte.
