I checked in on Friday night and the valet line was on the street. It appears they did not have enough workers. Saturday morning, when I requested my car, it took 20 minutes to get, I was late to my event as a result. Also, the worker in the lobby behind the desk was asleep. On Saturday when we returned to the room for the night, there was a dog in the room next door to me that barked for several hours. I finally had to call the front desk to complain so we could get some sleep. They told me they would send security up. The same room had their tv volume turned all the way up so at 3am, I called the front desk again to complain and they said others had complained too and they would send security up. This is unsat, the hotel stay was not cheap and valet was $45 per night (2). Sunday morning when I checked out, I waited again more than 10 minutes for my car. I was handed a key, that wasn’t mine before I got my correct key. I was totally disappointed with this hotel experience! If you are going to allow pets, maybe it should be certain floors reserved for that.
