I stayed in apartment 502 with a balcony. The apartment itself was nice and spacious, and the balcony was a lovely addition. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet.
The bed arrangement was somewhat awkward — a futon-style mattress placed on a platform in a narrow corner, which felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly. Air was coming through the vents, but it was not cool, making the system essentially useless. Water pressure was also very weak in the mornings, although it improved later in the day.
I contacted the hotel through WhatsApp and communicated with their AI assistant, which provided quick responses. However, there seemed to be no coordination between the AI system and the actual staff. For example, I requested a bottle opener for my room and promptly received confirmation that someone would bring one, but no one ever arrived.
I also arranged a late checkout until 2 p.m. for an additional fee of 25 euros, which I paid online. During that process, I was automatically checked out. When I returned to the hotel shortly before my new checkout time, my digital key no longer worked, so I had to visit reception. They then issued me a physical key card and charged an additional fee of a few euros for it. Considering I had already paid for late checkout, this extra charge felt unnecessary and excessive.
