I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is conveniently located. I felt safe. The room was generally comfortable and clean.
I was there for business and to visit with family. Due to hurricane Franklyn I suspect there were issues with the electricity. The lights went out when I was in the elevator- first day- a bit scary but they did turn them back on quickly.
Rooftop pool too small. A lot of roof top space is dedicated to the bar /lounge. If you go early in am it may be enjoyable as there may not be people there. I went up twice. Once in afternoon/ too crowded and too noisy- music loud. The second time in the earlier morning, there were two people there. Music was bearable. I did not go in the pool.
Breakfast was ok.
Room was fine but the lighting was not great and there was no desk for me to work on. I put together a “desk” that was high enough for me to be able to use the computer without stressing my neck.
There is a gym in a separate building. I saw it but did not use it. It has potential, they should fix it up better.
The neighborhood is residential but there are shops nearby and big supermarkets. There is also a park nearby where you can walk/run. Make sure you go either early in am 6-9 or later in afternoon- 4-6, when there are a lot of people and a security presence.
I recommend it and will go back as needed.
