It's ok. Pool not clean...some staff seem meh.
My name is Theresa...partner Susan..The overall experience was okay. Most of the hotel was nice and clean. A few repairs could be done...such as the shower nozzle just spinning non stop... Bigges disappointment was the pool and hot tub. Specifically booked it for the hot tub as it helps my back and its been in pain. Called to verify its all good.....get there and the tub and pool are completely cloudy. Couldnt see the bottom of either and the hot tub was green. The person at the front desk seemed rather unbothered by it when i told him how I advised him how I'd booked the room for that reason....all i got was an "I'm sorry". Breakfast okay. Couldve used some fresh fruit. But it was adequate. Rooms hwy side are noisy. .

It was okay. Booked a room for handicapped. It was smelly, which was resolved by opening the window even though it was very cold that night. Bathroom was not that clean, stinker of urine. This was my second stay, the first stay was wonderful, room was clean and everything smelled good.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub. we weren't alerted when we checked in that the pool AND hot tub were out of service. we didn't find out until we went down there in our bathing suits. I think we should be offered a credit towards our stay when a major facility/selling point like this is not available for our stay.
