Great location for access to many sites...marina, music theatre, museums, shops and esp Bus stop 3 where we caught our 4 tours. Except Fri and Sat nights, loud music and voices from street and surrounding clubs...maybe avoid these 2 nights. Comfortable and adequately stocked for cooking meals. Minor issues with water spreading over bathroom floor and some odour in last 2 days. Staff responded promptly to try and fix issues.

Amazing service from main location, we arrived in the rain and they were nice enough to take us to our location. Unfortunately service staff burst into our room two consecutive days , albeit one after knocking but we were sleeping. Accommodation size great, kitchen, separate bedroom and big bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay despite a few early issues. You don’t necessarily stay at the address of the hotel so that made it hard to pre-book tour pick-ups and not knowing where we were going to end up made me uncomfortable but the distance in the end was fairly negligible. Our door frame was falling down so we had to walk back to the office to tell them but it was fixed quickly. The shower was nearly falling off the wall but my husband fixed it. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t and ruined any comfort. We were told the room would be serviced daily but it wasn’t until our last day. But... it was central, well heated and had a kitchenette so we could make our own meals, which was handy with a lot of early starts and late finishes. So all in all, once the hiccups were ironed out, it was pretty good.
