Great location near the night markets. The pool area was nice and great view of the city. The staff were really nice and friendly. The breakfast was ok but not very western.

We stayed 3 nights early feb 2020. The hotel is in a brilliant position. Ben Thanh market is about 250 m down the street but Ben Thanh Food Market is only about 150 m down the street from the hotel. There are all sorts of food available there from Asian to Western to suit every taste. The beer is very cheap here too. All the trips will pick up from here too. Great for walking to the War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace Our room was on the 11th floor right under the pool which meant it was very noisy when the pool jets were running which seemed to be from 0700 to 2300 hrs. Nice room though with good amenities. Although we had a window in the room, extra charge, it was pointless as it was about 5 foot up the wall above the bed with a view of the air con units if you stood on the bed, the window was about 2 foot square. All that said would stay here again but would be sure to get a quiet room

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Unbeleivably arrogant and snooty staff. Obnoxious. No sense of service toward the guests who keep them in business. Rooftop pool completely taken over by one family during our stay. Rap music at rooftop bar obnoxious. This hotel is full of itself, and is thus full of sh&t.

We loved the decor! Very clean, spacious bathroom, free mini bar sodas and beer. The staff was very helpful in everything but especially getting tickets at the last minute for the puppet theater (great seats!). The breakfast was ok unless you want Asian food. The gym was just ok - dirty towels on the floor when it opened and minimal equipment. We didn't use the rooftop hot tub but it looked nice. Great location right near the Ben Thành market, Independence Palace, the puppet theater and coffee places.

Great hotel, sparkling clean, great linens, amazingly excellent breakfast buffet. All for medium price and high quality.

From the very beginning the staff was attentive, customer caring and effective. Nice and clean room with a daily free minibar Excellent and tasty breakfast! There is a buffet and a la card breakfast.An Italian espresso and a caputchino as well are included. The pool on the roof has excellent view and you may enjoy it during the Happy Hour. The staff serving the breakfast, restaurant and the pool area is fantastic. They approaching the customers very attentive and professional They remembered every customers choice of drinks or meals and the next day they were asking the customer whether they would like the same choice Such a service you can find only at the most exclusive world resorts. I would like to mention more of the staff members names like Jessica, Anna, Antony and more others.
