The door’s lock is broken. Poor communication and this is just studio. We asked about the broken lock and they ignore the issue. We ended up renting another hotel room to stay overnight, come back to this property to return their key in the next day

First the place doesn’t look like the photos
The place was not cleaned from the previous renter.
We had to pay an extra cleaning fees that was not in the ad. To use the pool we have to pay extra as well which was not indicated.
They came back to cleaned for about 2 minutes but was not done properly.
Not sure if the bedding sheets was clean.
We left and didn’t stay there. No refund was agreed.
Also the mattress is very hard if you can call that a mattress.
The towel from previous renter was still in the bathroom hanging behind the door.
