Room was ok but nowhere to hang your clothes .Breakfast was pretty poor Bathroom clean but you had to shower in bath not the best . The owner was pleasent and helpful

The place is in a perfect location and needs good hands for some repairs, cleaning and maintenance - e.g., a broken door glass, leftover plates and cups in the dining room. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend to stay there

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber sauber und hat alles, was man braucht, zum Übernachten. Günstig gelegen für die Oberstadt zu besichtigen oder ein Konzert im Choruslife zu besuchen. Zurzeit wird leider direkt daneben ein Wohnkomplex gebaut. Hier beginnt der Baulärm morgens um 7:00

Vi ankom ca. 18 efter en rejsedag og en lang taxa-tur fra banegården. Taxachauføren undrede sig over det afsides liggende hotel/B&B, men forsikrede at det var den adresse vi havde bedt om. Alt var aflukket og ingen mennesker tilstede. Vi fandt en bagvej gennem kælderen, forbi en masse affald og et par gamle biler. Gik derfor selv ind. Alt rodede og i spisestuen var uvasket service, gamle madrester og masser af rod. Vi indså straks at vi ikke kunne bruge stedet til overnatning på vores ferie - vi havde enda bestilt en ekstra overnatning. Medens vi søgte alternativt opholdssted, ankom ejeren ca. 18.30. Vi fortalte at vi var så skuffede over stedet - stand, rengøring beliggenhed, faciliteter,o.s.v. - at vi ikke ville blive. Han tog det til efterretning, men kunne ikkedrefundere vores forudbetaling, men henviste til Hotels.com. Vi skriver en særskildt reklamation til Hotels.com. Dette hotel/B&B lever ikke op til de rimelige forventninger man som rejsende kan have, og lever slet ikke op til Hotel.com's gode navn og renomé. Vi mener at vi har købt en ubrugelig vare og forventer at vi bliver kompenseret.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and we have had home made jam as well. The cleaning every thing was great. The bed was comfortable and the area was fantastic.

The most bad experience in my all life and I am not a young person. Once me and my wife we were in the cue to enter the gate at the airport going to Italy for a short vacation we received a email from the Hotel.com that our room booked weeks before was not available anymore. so we arrived late in the afternoon and we did not were to go. We try to ask near hotels but all complete. They sent has a message saying they have found to location but not in the city where we were but very far and I had an appointment next day in the morning which was the main reason I went in there. We finally find a place for two days very expensive. our week holiday was complete turn in a nightmare, we need another place to stay another 3 days before take the flight back home. We had to move in another city more calm and availability of rooms. Again was not cheap again but we had a place to stay. Never experienced anything bad like this. Never again.

Camera sporca, priva di ogni servizio quali tv o semplice cestino in camera. Porte vecchissime e esterni orribili. Expedia dava bagno privato come servizi presenti invece no, quindi occhio a modificare questo!!! Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerei!

It’s a nice stay but the distance from the Bergamo Airport seemed much further than said in the App (please update whoever responsible). Staff service is fabulous. No wi-fi detected. Bus service to/from airport is good.

Mukava isäntä Matteo, joka osasi hyvää englantia ja oli todella avulias. Kaikin puolin erinomainen minun tarpeisiini viikon olympialaismatkan ajan. Hotelliyön hinta oli paljon pienempi kuin olisi ollut Milanossa vastaavasta. Ainoa, mikä harmitti oli se, että ilta yhdentoista jälkeen ei tullut enää junia Bergamoon ja jouduin kaksi kertaa ottamaan Milanon rautatieasemalta lentokenttäbussin Bergamoon ja sieltä kikkailemaan hotellille.

Scelto per ragioni logistiche visto il tardo arrivo all'aeroporto di Bergamo. Accoglienza cordiale e nei tempi previsti a tarda sera. Purtroppo abbiamo scoperto che la camera non aveva un bagno privato e questo non è evidente nel profilo di Hotel.com, e questo non è stato ben recepito da mia moglie... Prima colazione con delizioso muffin preparato sul momento.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. When we arrived, the front door had been left wide open and there was nobody there to greet us. The property was in a very poor state, with dozens of cigarette butts scattered around, despite the listing stating that it was a smoke-free property. The kitchen was extremely dirty, and the back of the house appeared to be used as a dumping area, with rubbish piled up everywhere. When the landlord eventually arrived, he asked us to wait outside while he went inside to clean the property before we could enter, which took quite some time. It was obvious the accommodation had not been prepared for our arrival. There was also an ashtray in the bedroom, which completely contradicted the claim that the property was smoke-free and pet-free. While we were there, the landlord and his partner became involved in a loud argument, shouting at each other in front of a young child. It was an extremely uncomfortable and distressing situation to witness, and I was genuinely concerned for the child's wellbeing. At that point, I decided I no longer felt comfortable staying at the property and immediately booked alternative accommodation. I informed Hotels.com of the situation and left without spending a single night at the property. Although they refunded one night's stay, I received no further compensation despite having to find alternative accommodation at short notice.
