All was great but the most important part and the reason we booked this hotel was the prior/onsen. When we checked in and stayed for 3 days the facility was closed and hopping they would compensate us by sending us to a local onsen on their expenses. They should have a back up plan if these unforeseen events occur. I gave them 3 stars over all.

お部屋もよかったし、朝食も美味しかったです！ ただ、レストランのスタッフの対応がとても残念でした。 お皿が汚れていたので、汚れていますよ。とスタッフの方に渡したら、あー。と言っただけで、そのままお皿を取りどこかに行ってしまったり、テーブルをふく時も食べかすを全部下に落としながらふいていてびっくりしました。

Le Rooftop était fermé et les bains étaient également fermés. Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel pour ces 2 services qui n’étaient malheureusement pas disponible. ウェルカムドリンクが楽しみだったが、フロント前にある為、チェックイン渋滞で飲めず…。13階へも行ったが、ドリンクボトルが詰まっているのか、飲めず断念。スタッフの方が居ないので、時々確認されると良いかも。お茶パックが置かれていたのは、幸いでした。大浴場は、キレイでルームキーや女性は暗証番号が必要な点がセキュリティーがしっかりされてて、ゆっくり出来て良かった。次に伺う時は、時間をずらしてチャレンジしたい！
