I like the hot tub and the fact that they supplied robes. I was able to change my dates without a problem to arrive 1 day later. They had a coffee press! New Zealand and Australia don't use drip coffee. This is an awesome family place. Kitchen is not well stocked and room needs updating.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful in giving us tips on where to visit in Rotorua. The swimming pool was also nicely heated! All the dinosaurs around the park gave it a fun appearance!

We stayed for 2 nights in your motel units. The unit was clean and tidy, great spot for the kids (opposite the pool). Your pool is lovely and it was very quiet. The kids playground could do with a bit of an update, the trampoline was broken and the boat was a bit rusty/paint peeling. The kids arcade room wasn't great but we didn't stay long in there. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely come back the next time we're in Rotorua.
