When we arrived, we discovered what appeared to be blood smeared on the bedroom wall, acrylic fingernails in the bedsheets, & bloody items under the bed. We brought this to management’s attention by email and in person. We were assured that the flat would be cleaned, but the flat was never cleaned or visited again during our stay. A few evenings later we were going down the stairs, when the hand railing detached from the wall causing us to fall down the stairs. We immediately reached out, and we were again promised that the problem would be addressed. However, the stair railing was still hanging from the drywall when we departed and was not seen, inspected, or repaired during our stay. The flat has an excellent location, but is failing in every other aspect.
