The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the disposal and dishwasher not working but when I put in a request for help, the hospitality manager showed up within minutes and it was fixed by the time we returned later that day. Would definitely stay here again.

The property seemed new, and the units seemed spacious and well designed. Also, the large kitchen was a huge plus.

4/10 Sæmilegt

The apartment wasn’t completely ready. There was no ice, not enough towels, paper towels or toilet paper. I had to go buy our own supplies.

Everything was great. Excellent communication with Saundra. She was awesome. I will definitely look for landing properties in the future.

Is great property but be very careful on location of unit. The external doors are very loud when they open and close and if you are close it will disturb you thru night. Everything else was so great though. That was really our only complaint. I highly recommend it, just pay attention to location of unit.

Mucho ruido, yo estuve en el primer piso y se escuchaba todo el ruido del apartamento de arriba, el agua de los esprinquer tenía muy mal olor

I thought I requested a one bedroom with a sofa, bed and extra bed linens and covers and I did not get that. I only got a one bedroom regular sofa that was the only discrepancy.

The property was clean and spacious for every except we saw some ants on and in the dresser drawers in the bed room. Overall, I would still give the property 5 stars

The check-in process was unfortunately a bit frustrating due too much technology with the app. I’m not a fan of it, and wish there were alternative methods. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant, the accommodations were clean, modern, and roomy. I think both rooms could’ve had king-size beds. The bathrooms were large, and the towels were nice. The staff were helpful and easy to contact. We’ll definitely stay here again.

2/10 Slæmt

I was charged the day before and canceled when trying to check in without warning. It was a terrible experience and i am still without my money
Staðfest umsögn

2/10 Slæmt

This was hands down the worst experience from a noise and lack of sleep perspective. Each building is 4 stories. If you are anything but the 4th floor good luck. You can literally hear the person upstairs snoring and using the washroom. The person upstairs from us got up at 4am every single morning, and did not leave until after 5am. It sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in it was so loud. The construction is so cheap and so poor. We barely were able to sleep. Absolutely terrible experience and sad considering the apartment is very adequate and clean.

6/10 Gott

It was a bad experience, no entry code and spent 3hrs and didn’t get in until 8am next day. Lost a night, had book a room down the street. No refund for the night lost. Wife was screaming when we got in as a live roach was in the sink of the master suite bathroom. Place is brand new😒never again!!!!!!

everything was so nice and clean! we did find a roach in our house one morning but we didn’t think nothing of it because of the fact we were in Florida i did contact them about it and they came and cleaned our unit and changed our sheets! other than that it was so quite everyone was so respectful!
