Such an easy check-in process. Our stay was effortless. It's in a very central location and super clean. Would highly recommend.

Worst accomodation experience ever.
This was easily the worst accommodation experience I had in my life. The bedroom itself wasn't that awful, but the furniture was run down and you could see how cheap the admin is. To the level of broken toilet seat fixed with ducktape. The bidet also had some silvertape to its corners. Not very clean at all. Apart from this, there's a bar on the floor level that will play music until 3 am every night to the point where your walls will shake and you won't sleep. I was also overcharged on the tourist tax for my daughter which is 13 - tax is applied to 14s and on. The area is nice, though. Avoid!

Apartment on hill slope
The apartment was comfortable but not very clean as there were food stains on the stoves and the towels looked old. The main setback was the apartment was located on a hilly area and hence, it was very tiring to climb up the slopes early in the morning after travelling overnight for 10 hours, plus having to drag our luggage. In addition, the entrance to the apartment looked like along a back alley which was quite messy. There was no space for us to rest in the building while waiting for another few hours to pass to be able to check in. This apartment is NOT suitable for families or older people but can be a popular place for young hikers.

Great apartment
Great apartment, check in is very innovative and you won’t be dependent on the arrival time, contacting owners for getting keys, calling to arrange meeting and other headache that you usually experience renting an apartment. Be careful parking the car in the streets in Lisbon, though. We got window broken and the luggage was stolen from the car!

Original room we checked into had 3 sets of damaged/ unusable mechanical blinds so we were not able to close them and neighbors could see in so we called reception and they moved us into a working room

The stay was fine, we didn’t get new towels or toilet paper the first day as our room was not serviced for cleaning for some reason and there was not a “do not disturb” sign on our door. Also the electric window shade was broken on one window so it let in a lot of light at night.

Great place to stay, a little noisy.
Room was really nice, spacious and clean. Check in was easy however because there was no reception, we struggled to arrange a taxi to the airport when we departed. The metro only runs from 06.30 and we had to leave at 04.00 and didn’t want to pay €30 per person for the shuttle the hotel would organise. If there was a reception we would have asked them to book us a taxi but instead had to ask a local to translate for us on the phone. Very noisy neighbourhood at night, especially at the weekend so had to sleep with our windows shut but it wasn’t too much of a problem. Otherwise the room and location was amazing.
