Clean but too much noise
Stayed for 3 nights in September. Room number 8 is not the room you want to stay in. Although it is nicely decorated, clean, big and nice. But the location of the room is terrible. On the same floor as the bar, restaurant and reception not to mention the piano player who played every night. There was so much noise in the room there was no quiet before midnight and just after 6am the traffic through the corridor started. Not to mention the construction on the upper floor. If I could have imagined I would have asked for a room in some other floor. There was no view out of the window, just red painted walls...... not nice. But to be positive the room was clean, bed big and good quality and the staff friendly. Although I must say when coming into the room in the afternoon and there are no towels, I phone the reception, they say they will send towels asap. 40 minutes later, no towels..... I phone again and then the towels arrive. Bought car parking for 30Euros pr night. Their parking garage is narrow dark and you need to be an expert to park there. If there hadn't been the two of us, one guiding the driver, well I wouldn't have wanted to be the driver parking there.
Again being on the positive side. The bartender was very friendly and the terrace up on the 6th floor is great.
