Wasn’t sure what to expect from this budget accommodation, but it was very good. The room was clean and warm, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were very clean. Check in and check out were easy. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the hotel as the room with disabled access was water damaged. The receptionist did show us other rooms, but these were all unsuitable as their access to bathroom was restricted. The receptionist did however arrange for us to stay at another hotel of the group which was nearby. Excellent service by the recptionist.

The Room was ok and good enough for what we nweded it for, Room 15, G/F.
The shower head was loose, and thete was no soap in the dispenser within the showe.

Having previously stayed here before, i was awsre of what was to be expected at this hotel. Room heating wasnt on and was quite cold when i entered.
Towels were small but clean. Luquid soap dispensers didnt dispense very well.

The location is terrible, the accommodation is dated, the room I had had stains on the walls and the bathroom tiles were stained. The so called carpet in the bedroom was dirty and not even a carpet, they are square office floor tiles cheap and thin material.
