We had a comfortable stay and it’s conveniently close to the Vatican. Giulia, was really helpful on our arrival and took the time to explain the best ways to get around Rome, marked key landmarks on a map, and shared some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast was good, my husband liked the coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

Daniel and Giulia were great hosts. They gave us a thorough breakdown of things to do in Rome and recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at. They gave us tips to navigate Rome and made us feel like home.

Clean and well maintained. Eduardo was very helpful. Less than 5 min walk to Vatican. Metro station was about 7 min walk. Lots of places to eat and shop around the hotel. Room AC was super nice in the hot weather. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was amazing and had great tips where to eat and how to get to places. Location was on point and most everything was reachable by foot. The room was big, clean and the beds very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Our three day stay at the b and b was great. The staff were awesome and were able to help us no matter what. The room was spacious for three people and very clean. Bed was great nice and big. Breakfast was nicely presented and the croissants were to die for. I recommend anyone to stay here. The b and b is located very close to the Vatican and a short walk from excellent food and drink places.

The Host is really attentive and on top of everything. The room/ apartment is deeply clean which makes you feel very comfortable. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walking to the Saint Peter’s Basilica and plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at any time. Definitely we will come back and renting this apartment again.

Our stay was excellent! We are a family of four with two teenagers, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room had everything we needed, and the room service was great. Daniel was an incredibly friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond throughout our trip. He personally walked us to the correct bus stops and even helped us find dependable tour guides for our Vatican tour, which made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. Not to mention the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning—it was a wonderful way to start each day! We truly loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, the accommodations were comfortable, and Daniel’s hospitality was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to Rome from Turkey, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. As soon as our Uber arrived, Eduardo was there to welcome us personally. The building itself is an experience, it’s a beautiful 19th-century building with a vintage 1950s Otis elevator, which honestly made us feel like we had stepped into a James Bond movie. Our room and bathroom were spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast was another highlight. Even when we arrived early, there were fresh fruits, freshly baked croissants, and one of the best espressos we had during our stay in Italy. They also had thoughtful options for children, such as cornflakes and Nutella, which our daughters really enjoyed. Eduardo, Dani and Guilia were incredibly friendly and attentive during breakfast, making us feel genuinely welcome every morning. In fact, our children liked this hotel even more than the one we stayed at in Milan. We visited Rome during one of the hottest periods of the summer, so the powerful air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver. The location is fantastic, right next to the Vatican and within walking distance of many of Rome’s major attractions. It felt like the perfect starting point for exploring the city. Upon arrival, the staff even took the time to explain Rome using a detailed map, almost like having a private tour guide. If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice again. Thank you!
