Not worth of 4 star hotel
The carpet in the room was terrible, in very conspicuous spots, smelling. This is the first impression that awaits you as a guest when entering the room nr 113. Max 2-3 TV channels were available, the other channels were simply not received. Not even free terrestrial channels were available. Instead of a hot breakfast, there were sandwiches made in a shopping bag, some muffins, each packed in separate PLASTIC bag (very "green" and economically minded?), Muffins a few mornings (especially croissants) were not the first freshness. Other 3 star hotels are offering a fresh & warm breakfast. The worst thing was when I was booking out of hotel, employee was stating I should pay additional 2 EUR for tootphaste which was not even offered to me at all when I've booked in and it was not in my room as well. On my disapointment & remark that I have my private toothbrush+toothpaste & will not pay for product/service which I haven't received from hotel, employee just answered ok maybe it was some mistake. When I came back to home on next day hotel tried to invoice to me the same amount - it is disgusting hotel action behind the customer back and offensive to me as a customer.
