The staff was very helpful and friendly!! It’s small but it really does have everything you need. When we were traveling it was mostly just a place for our stuff and to regroup. VERY centrally located for the things we wanted to do. Public transportation was easy accessible!

Absolutely incredible experience at 4RestStay! The staff are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us - it really was amazing to see The rooms itself are small but incredibly clean and all amenities are available (including free laundry). I would highly recommend the place, the location is perfect too

Aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas tienen todo lo necesario y estan bien ubicadas. El alojamiento cuenta con cositas para comer comllementarias y opciones para desayunar. Tiene detalles que ayudan en la estancia como agua, cargadores, libros, lavadora y secadora, y un cuarto para guardar el equipaje tras el check out. Es un poco dificil de encontrar. Hay que ubicar el edificio y luego es en la 4ta planta.

The staff are very friendly and well-organized, and the property is extremely clean. The only downside is that the room size is a bit small.

Small room but well though out so it doesn’t feel cramped. Location is absolutely AMAZING ! Close to the markets, the metro and in a cool neighborhood. Breakfast is quite small (mainly cereal, things to make toasts & boiled eggs).

Normally we would have walked more from the pension but it was very hot. It was convenient to go out and hop on the train. Staff were really wonderful. The night person helped me set up laundry and also let me borrow the iron. Breakfast wasn’t very satisfactory but we did take advantage of the water dispenser.

Everything was there. Transit station, night life, shopping market, restaurants and more. Breakfast was self served. Laundry machines. Staff was very helpful. We locked our keys in the room and no one was around. But we followed the instructions on the door to contact them and the got us a key through the kiosk. Only weird thing for us was the toilet is in the shower. Other than that it was cool. Thank you for the experience

This property is a hostel, not a hotel, even Expedia lists it as a hotel. Getting there from the airport is easiest with Uber — they have the correct location. We took a taxi, and the driver couldn’t find it until he called taxi service, but once we switched to Uber, every ride found it with no problem. The entrance: They say before 7 PM you go through a jewelry store, and after 7 PM you use the back door. We used the back door the whole time — it’s open during the day, and at night you ring the bell and an attendant lets you in. Then take the elevator to the 4th floor. Check‑in and check‑out are fully automated and very simple. Enter your last name and confirmation number, and the machine gives you your key. Returning the key at checkout is just as easy. We had two twin beds. After a long business‑class flight, the small room was a shock at first, but we ended up really liking it. It was very clean, the suitcases fit under the beds, we had our own bathroom, a small refrigerator, desk, fan for styling hair. For a short stay, it had everything we needed. There is a shared kitchen with simple breakfast items (bread, cereal, cheese, tea, coffee). You can store your own food, heat meals, sit at small tables, and even wash and dry clothes for free. The location is in the old city center, not the modern downtown, but there are plenty of restaurants and many jewelry shops around. For about $300 for 3 nights, I was very happy with the stay.
