As long as you read the reviews and take note of the lack of A/C, daily parking fee, late-night noise, and limited amenities, you should be fine. While the property definitely needs some overall TLC, we had no issues during our stay, and we had multiple friends who rented rooms there as well. The main highlight is the location, as it’s within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk, as well as plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Good location for walking beach attractions. Comfortable beds. No coffee maker/mini-fridge. Popular location for college kids bar hopping. No air conditioning in rooms.

It is a funky motel without AC. The staff is very nice. Parking is $10 a day. You are a block from the beach and that makes this motel amazing. It is walkable to so many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc.

I knew there were no frills and you get what you pay for. No AC room was no less than 90 degrees, I was provided 2 fans, had to leave and purchase a room elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The price may seem appealing but it will be a huge regret. The lights in our room didn’t work. There was blood that wasn’t ours found on the sheets and the room got so hot since there is NO air conditioning that it set the fire alarm off. Keep your money!!! No matter how awesome this location seems or how appealing the price.

Room were clean, parking out front, lot of entertainment around hotel. Great location. But was no A/C. Room had a fan and wasn't hot ways had nice breeze from ocean.
