Place is clean and comfortable. Noise level in the room is low and the staff are quite welcoming. Only thing i dislike is that the air condition outflow grill is rattling hence the noise. Otherwise its fine

Good affordably-priced hotel in central Patong, close to Jungceylon shopping mall and Bangla Road. The hotel is fairly new (built within the last few years) and located in a relatively quiet side-street off the main street. Rooms are comfortable, including a conventional built-in shower (rather than wall-mounted electric-heated unit), small in-room safe and standard free wi-fi and 2 daily complimentary water bottles. The rooms are a decent size with a balcony but no view (there is less than a metre between the neighbouring hotel). Air conditioning was effective though the controls are limited. The lift is small and slow. Would stay again.

Basic room at a basic price. Location was great to access shopping, beach, nightlife. Several faulty stuff in the room, such as air conditioning that wasn't cold, leaking shower. However, the shower had great pressure and hot water. Overall room was what you pay for, so can't really fault it much. Staff speak little and limited English, so communication was tough, but they were friendly and helpful where possible.
